Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
